The minister of petroleum and mineral resources of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Karim Badawi, has held a meeting with delegates from Technip Energies to discuss the executive steps required establishing a joint company, including the participation of ENPPI and Petrojet.
Reports seen by AEP indicate that the project is expected to be completed by the end of June 2026, implementing projects both within Egypt and abroad.

Speaking at an event, Marco Villa, the chief business officer at Technip Energies, highlighted that the deal covers the transfer of advanced technology, achieving integration by leveraging the local assets of Enppi and Petrojet, and securing financial solutions through international credit agencies.
Beyond partnership, the new company will serve as a unified platform that provides digital solutions and AI apps into project implementation, focusing on training and preparing young generations to compete internationally.
